Gemma is currently filming on the second series of Sky Living's supernatural drama BEDLAM. She recently completed work on LOVE LIFE, a 5 part drama for BBC One from BAFTA-winning director Dominic Savage, due to air in Spring 2012. The all star cast includes David Morrissey, David Tennant, Jane Horrocks, Ashley Walters and Billie Piper. She can be seen as Ruth in FRESH MEAT (winner of Best New Comedy at the British Comedy Awards 2011) alongside Joe Thomas and Jack Whitehall. She stars as Charlotte, arch-nemesis of Belle (Billie Piper), in the SHOWTIME® Original Series SECRET DIARY OF A CALL GIRL. She can also
be
seen in SHERLOCK (winner of Best Drama Series at the BAFTA Awards 2011) with Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman and in the fourth series of the BAFTA and Emmy award winning THE IT CROWD. Gemma also appears in the critically acclaimed SUBMARINE (dir. Richard Ayoade) alongside Paddy
Considine, Craig Roberts and Sally Hawkins. She features in a portfolio of rising British actresses in the December 2011 issue of Vanity Fair.
Gemma graduated in law from Oxford University before training at the Drama Centre London.
